To get this as your custom loading screen you must download Safari Download Manager from cydia, then go to safari, then hold your finger on this image, then press download, and then find it on iFile on var/mobile/media/downloads, and copy it, and go to graal classic+/graalonlineclassic+.app, and find default.png, and delete it and paste this pic in and there you go.
